Pikey Peak, at 4065m, features an outstanding panoramic view of most of the Nepal Himalayan Range from Dhaulagiri in the west to the Kanchenjunga massive in the east. Included are Mt. Dudh Kunda Lake is believed to be the abode of Lord Shiva. The devotees believe that taking a dip into the icy cold lake will absolve them from all their sins and bless childless families with children.

Pikey Peak Dudhkunda Lake Trek is especially colorful, indeed beautiful, in the springtime between late March and mid-April when the magnificent rhododendrons of Nepal are in full bloom. The various routes to and from Pikey Peak all go thru large forests of multi-colored blooming rhododendrons. These lovely trees, one species of which is the national flower of Nepal, Lali Guras, grow to be much taller than in many other countries. They can reach 15 meters high and can cover the sides of the hills It is truly a beautiful sight to behold.

Day 02: Drive to Dhap,(2932 meters) about 8 hours from Kathmandu by private jeep.(stay overnight at Tea house or Lodge)
Day 03: Trek to Japre  (2820 meters  stay overnight at tea house or  Lodge)
Day 04: Trek to Pike Base Camp (3640 meters  stay overnight at tea house or Lodge)
Day 05: Trek to Pike Peak and down to Taktor (3007 meters) ( stay overnight at tea house or Lodge)
Day 06: Trek to Junbesi and explore the monasteries and town (2700 meters) ( stay overnight at a tea house or Lodge)
Day 07: Visit Thubten Choling monastery and stay at camping (3250 meters)
Day 08: Trek to Shengeephuk or nearest stay overnight at camping (3940 meters)
Day 09: Trek to Saharsbeni and stay overnight at camping (3835 meters)
